These steps include following complex rules for creating, implementing, and maintaining a written Workplace Violence Prevention Plan (WVPP), training employees and following post-incident procedures. Employers must also annually review their workplace violence prevention plan and complete annual employee training.
Noncompliance could lead to penalties or citations by Cal/OSHA.

The timeline can vary depending on your business needs, but generally, you’ll want to allow up to one hour for your first session and up to two hours for the second.
