Meeting California's harassment prevention regulations, even for employees who don't work at a desk or in an office, can pose challenges that our onsite training effectively addresses.

At CalChamber, we provide in-person courses aligned with California's sexual harassment prevention requirements for businesses with five or more employees. Our approach ensures compliance with the law, even for those who may not regularly interact with computers.

Supervisors (2 hours) and non-supervisory staff (1 hour) must complete training within six months of hire or promotion, repeated every two years, including remote workers.

Item # HPOC - In-Person 2-Hour California Employee and Supervisor Harassment Prevention Training at Your Location for Unlimited Attendees. Price: $3000 (First hour is for employees and supervisors; second hour is for supervisors only.)

 

Cancellation and Change Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your in-person harassment prevention training reservation, please call (800) 331-8877, Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT, and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. PT. 

Cancellations/Changes more than 24 hours

  • Cancellations are subject to a $100 registration service charge per scheduled HPT session, in addition to the non-refundable $500 travel surcharge (if applicable).
  • Scheduling changes are subject to a $100 registration service charge per scheduled HPT session. There is an additional $250 fee per round-trip airfare reservation (if applicable). Scheduling changes are subject to trainer availability. If you need to reschedule your confirmed HPT session(s), please propose multiple options for new training dates. We cannot guarantee the desired date for rescheduling will be available but will do our best to accommodate.

Cancellations/Changes 24 hours or less

  • For HPT sessions that are cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled training session(s) all fees paid are non-refundable.
