Regarding mandatory California and Federal Labor Law posters: State law requires California employers to display a physical poster in each business location and jobsite where employees can easily see it and read it. If you order a California Required Notices Kit which contains one California and Federal Labor Law poster, you’ll also need to order a print poster for each of your additional locations. (Although California law allows electronic distribution of California required notices via email, it doesn’t change an employer’s obligation to physically display posters in the workplace, including where employees work remotely 100% of the time.)
